Team spirit is very strong + they are very inclusive. There are very good benefits from working in such a large organisation, such as great support from the HR department, finance and head office is quite local to our branch.

Cons

The Pay rate is low, and as a part timer, not much opportunity to earn anything substantial in the way of commission.
