Pros

Great team. Decent company vehicles. Occasionally looked after by members of your office, sometimes those not on in your department look after you better. Best training I’ve been subject to in my whole career. Good apprenticeship options. The induction day (when we were allowed face to face that is) was amazing fun.

Cons

Appalling basic salary. 5 days on then 6 days on. Wouldn’t mind so much if there was a day in lieu. Management offer disregard your ideas as no good but then weeks later you’ll seem them come to fruition. Often figures aren’t what they seem. A lot of heavy pushing for ancillary products to be sold.

Pros

They really want you to succeed, from the CEO who actually takes time to call staff at all levels a great approach to feeling part of the team, not just a number

Cons

Needs a little more streamlining between front and back office but overall it works, do your bit right and it comes together
