      Pros

      Lrg are like a big extended family. They have supported not just me but all staff in this difficult time of the pandemic. I am proud to work for LRG.

      Cons

      I have had to think hard about cons as there aren't any. If I had to say one it would be the pay is slightly lower than competitors

      Pros

      Finding a company that genuinely care is so rare, Leaders Romans Group certainly seem to. This has been so enjoyable and I’m only leaving to chase a dream I've had since I was 6 years old. Management really motivate you and push you to get to your next goal; ensuring they give you the tools to do so. Anyone thinking of applying I’d definitely do it, and look where the regional directors started within Leaders to see how far they will take you! A truly amazing company.

      From Property Inspector, to Property Manager, to PM Team Manager, to Lettings Manager, to Senior Branch Manager - what a rollercoaster of a 5-year ride it's been... One I've been so grateful to have experienced, and wouldn't change for anything! LRG are a fantastic, fast-paced, exciting, forward-thinking company to work for; where hard work, commitment, and always going a level above is acknowledged and rewarded with ongoing forward progression opportunities! Supported and championed by a brilliant Senior Management team! Pushing the boundaries at every opportunity! The Sky is the limit here if you want it enough!

      Cons

      Not everyone has got what it takes to deal with, and achieve, the KPI targets in place, but I love the monthly thrill of working up to month end targets. Work hard, play hard!
