      Okay if you’re in sales but not in any other part of the business

      Pros

      Working from home & weekends. Sales/lettings get good rewards.

      Cons

      Absolutely no one cares. If you don’t fix the generic box, management won’t be happy… who is management ? No one knows because they never talk to you. Everything gets blamed on you when the decision was made by higher up. I’ve seen clients actively say they’re unhappy with the new changes & just get charged ridiculous prices for non existent things. I’m not sure where these fees go to since it’s certainly not a pay rise. I used to love my job and was happy to offer a unique service . Not anymore ! Everyone higher up just passes the buck and no one.

      Bullying is tolerated

      Flexible with work hours after maternity.

      Cons

      Full of bullies and controlling people. Management knows all about the one bully that all of the staff are leaving over and nothing is being done. She would swear and be little staff. Controlled the air con and wouldn’t let people turn it off - even stuck celotape on it! We were all so cold we went outside to warm up and everyone was too terrified of her to say anything. Controlled the radio, kitchen everything. Stay away from this company or risk being bullied and controlled at work like this. The management knew about this woman and still continue to allow her to behave like this!

      Your nothing but a number!

      Some really good genuine people.

      Cons

      Pays less than minimum wage and bump you up with commission. Undervalued. Expected to work long hours. Left alone making working environments unsafe. Management look after management. Lie to you regarding progression, dangle a carrot in front of you and move the goal posts consistently. Dismiss you when undergoing treatment for health conditions.
