Pros

WFH policy, relaxation leave every 2 months, free goods quarterly, sustainability business

Cons

Top management very politic, they would asked people to leave without proper reason. Monthly salary paying less than market range, but to expect more output than market standard. No work life balance. Aggressive target but no resources, 1-2 people with a team, boss is mean and easy to forget mutual agree items, then to blame others. DE&I is just slogan and HR is harsh.
