      Management is not as supportive as they appear

      Pros

      Great Pay. Decent Benefits, Large Company with solid resources for workers.

      Cons

      Toxic management that acts like they support your growth but actually want to undermine you. Management Insecurities are prevalent and they don't want employees (especially new employees) to ask too many questions. It is framed as all employees are expected being an "entrepreneur" but actually they just don't want to support you and your growth.

      Cons

      A lot of hypocrisy. A lot of backstabbing. And a lot of “I’m more important than you” nonsense
