      Pros

      Experience purely depends on reporting manager. No variable pay, most of it is in-hand salary. 30 leaves a year.

      Cons

      Do not encourage learning. There was huge firing across the globe. Career growth is stunted. Long term employees esp. USA one do not want work to come to India. Deep politics. Huge amount of low level support work. Long term employees are insecure about jobs and misguide new emp. No culture of peer support. Overall a better company than many if you can see who is there to help and who is misguiding.

      Pros

      Get exposure to lots of different technologies. Robust knowledge base. Can interact with users both via text chat and phone. Much of the work is automated. There are lots of other departments with jobs you can apply to. Flexible work from home. Flexible overtime. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Constantly bombarded with propaganda about how the CEO and capitalism are good. Many systems are poorly documented. Many process owners are poorly documented. Call volume is constantly high. No time for side projects. Strict dress code and punctuality requirements. Frequent crises and changes. Management always asks you to do more and better and faster. Users often submit tickets with too little information, incorrect priority rating, and don't respond to contact attempts.
