Pros
Products are great and serves their purpose. Culture was really good in the earlier years and enabled both creativeness and initiatives. Office location is good and so is the office it you like the color blue
Cons
After several bad recruitments ,especially mgmt level, culture has changed into a micro managed environment driven by fear and threats. High expectations combined with non existing recognition slowly kills everything that made this company successful. Position yourself in a benefitial way and throw your colleagues under the bus and you will be successful. Otherwise you'll get a hard time
