Pros
You will either feel at home in the primary/high school environment look-alike, or you will hate it. That is a personal choice, but be aware of this, there are lot of people who don't like it, and end up getting hurt.
Cons
It is pretty common for people to be forced out, as they are being bought out by the management to resign by themselves.
