Remote is honestly the only pro

Cons

The systems are old, communication is terrible between field level and business partners, it is corporate and you are a number to them, they pay HORRIBLY compared to other companies. What is expected of you compared to the credit given out is wack, emotionally drained and talked over from callers, and severely undercompensated. Lacks training to level up. Your skillset will not be honored or acknowledged here. If you want to level up at ALL, do not waste your time. This company is LACKING.

Fostering relationships with families, impacting children's lives for the better, childcare discount for your own children

Cons

The higher ups tend to only help certain people grow in the company. If they want you gone, they will make up any reason to get rid of you. They don't do what best for the families or children. They do what makes sense financially even if it's wrong. You will work your butt off and someone else will get the credit for it.
