Swelling middle management without qualifications or experience, replacement employees have significantly less experience than those who leave, below market compensation and personality-based management training and hiring applied haphazardly. Although judged and praised for innovation, a great deal of time and energy is spent repairing and managing years of questionable business decisions along with poorly conceived and executed legacy programs. It is likely you will get work for someone in management's relative.
