Some great marquee brand-name clients

Cons

Senior leaders are terribly short-sighted and fail to communicate a compelling vision beyond sales results; when it comes to people development the company knows how to 'talk the talk' but not 'walk the walk'. Not inspirational.

Poor pay but lovely people

Pros

- flexibility - quite easy to accommodate personal life around work - people are really friendly and approachable - clear progression plan if you’re in your early career

Cons

- pay is really low - difficult to get promoted within team so be prepared to have to more around every 2 years - very political - poor senior management - too many offices, including one in zone 4 in London
