Good pay. Great products. Have met some lovely colleagues.

Cons

Find yourself on the shop floor on your own during trading hours. Horrendous area manager. Sucks the life and confidence out of you. Progression is given to talentless and incapable staff but not to the talented or experienced. Degrading the way area manager speaks to you and treats you. Extremely pushy on sales. Too retail and nothing to do with makeup artistry. Attracts awful custoners. Ridiculous turn over of staff due to no one enjoying it. Disorganised. The list is never ending....!

Everything.... working in regent street is a nightmare... you get visits and everyone will be running around due to the pressure... store trainers behaving like the own the company... train the staffs and stop bossing around!i read reviews before getting ma self into this I won't recommend it to anyone

There aren't any. Working for this company has been useful to understand what I don't want from a job. If you join this company you might ruin your career.

Cons

Kiko is part of Percassi Group, a family owned company. I worked in Bergamo at HQs. This company is the worst I have ever seen, a nightmare: - Very high employees turnover - Employees are not treated well neither professionally nor personally. It's not a place for talented people. HR management completely absent and incompetent. - Colleagues are frustrated and any new comer is seen as something dangerous - Directors are easily fired - Nasty environment and zero transparency - No long-term strategy and vision - A lot of inefficiency among the departments
