Kiko is part of Percassi Group, a family owned company. I worked in Bergamo at HQs. This company is the worst I have ever seen, a nightmare: - Very high employees turnover - Employees are not treated well neither professionally nor personally. It's not a place for talented people. HR management completely absent and incompetent. - Colleagues are frustrated and any new comer is seen as something dangerous - Directors are easily fired - Nasty environment and zero transparency - No long-term strategy and vision - A lot of inefficiency among the departments
