      The benefits are great and the pay is decent with alot of opportunity for overtime. Opportunities to move up if.you have the right degree

      Cons

      Safety is sometimes an issue as well as how they treat employee mistakes.

      Pros

      I worked for the battery division of Johnson Matthey as an intern and it was an outstanding opportunity. I learnt a lot and quickly ! I could use the electric vehicle of the company too ! People were all outstanding and great afterwork meetings too !

      Cons

      No negative sides really. I received all the support that I could have need it and can not think of any negative sides really.

      Pros

      Job was close to home. Excellent health benefits and 401k/pension plan.

      Cons

      There is no training. I was told to refer to an Excel sheet (full of errors) for instruction and ask questions if needed. Asking questions resulted in being referred back to the document. Coworkers are all a clique and I was new and not a part of it, making everyday a challenge. This was the worst job I ever had.
