      Lack of leadership from chemists and accountants

      Pros

      Great share scheme, decent pension. FTSE100 looks good on your CV if people have heard of them! Some of the technology is interesting if like that sort of thing.

      Cons

      Internally focused. If you are not an accountant or a chemist forget any career or personal development. Lack of expertise outside of chemistry and accounting. Very silo'd. Poor brand. Behind the times. Lacking in project management and implementation skills. IT very poor. Could be another giant about to fall.

      Great benefits, 401k is very heatlhy. Half decent pay ranges. Vacation is pretty good

      Cons

      currently going through a large amount of change. Salary isn't as competitive as you would think for a company of this nature. Environment can be stressful
