Worst Job Ever - Anonymous employee Johnson Matthey Employee Review

There is no training. I was told to refer to an Excel sheet (full of errors) for instruction and ask questions if needed. Asking questions resulted in being referred back to the document. Coworkers are all a clique and I was new and not a part of it, making everyday a challenge. This was the worst job I ever had.
