Pros

The managers are friendly and leave you to your own devices, although the actual job dosnt really need much ability, and the employees are all willing to help.

Cons

A reallyTedious job, and it is necessary to stay standing hours on end with the breaks barely lasting 45 minutes. This is really a job for school leavers and oap's with time on their hands and want to make a bit of money.

Pros

Annual bonus. Polite enough coworkers. Easy to travel to (personal view).

Cons

Very badly understaffed. Increasing workload, without hiring new people. Outsourcing to reap profits matters more than quality. No overtime available as they need to save money. Bad pay, £7.50 is not enough to survive in London. Having to come up with original lies to customers because I can't just tell them we don't have enough people to do the job, therefore we have to let you down, and when I say we will call tomorrow, I mean in 2 weeks. No training - it's sink or swim. No chance to climb up the ladder. People here have been doing the same job for 30 years. Managers who dismiss you every time you try to speak to them.

Pros

Cheap in house cafe. Discount is good 15-25%. If you want overtime it is available. Trained in phones and emails so job could be a little more versatile.

Cons

Dress code is majorly antiquated. Can't wear navy and black together?? Lock down so no holidays from mid Nov to early Jan. Not good when you are on a 4month contract
