      Great Company

      Pros

      This is my first time working in a startup and I have been working in Jet for 3 months now and it have been the job of my dream. It is growing so fast and there is so much to innovate on you will never run out of work well if that is what you are looking for. Snacks and beverage is loaded up I am eating more healthy stuffs since joining Jet. I eat about 3 fruits a day. Work place is great the people who I work with are great.

      Cons

      No 401k or signup bonus this is because I guess the company is basically still a startup. However even these are cons it makes up for with stock-options.

      Great companies are built by great people. Glad to hear you're enjoying your first taste of start-up life. Never running out of work is surely true, the team really pushes each other to innovate, so work doesn't feel like "work". We don't have a singup bonus as our transparent salaries keep everything fair and open—No room to have favorites. As for 401k, we do have that so check with your talent rep on how you can get set up.       Not just a number.

      Pros

      I get individual attention and feel like I'm not just a number. Diverse team of people. I'm given opportunities and pushed to try new things. Encouraged to use my skills how I feel they are beneficial rather than being forced to do things one way.

      Cons

      Faulty systems when it comes to assisting members. People who get fired or even quit, are treated like they are "he who must not be named" and that is really awkward to me. We're adults. We get it.

      Great technology company

      Pros

      I've been an engineer at Jet for over a year and it's been the best company I've worked for, hands down. The technology leadership is strong (and getting stronger every month). They really take feedback to heart and are very transparent about their plans and any issues we are facing. Also very down-to-earth and approachable. Competitive salaries and stock options. Big upside. Good learning atmosphere. High-caliber engineering talent. [Mostly] great technology choices Great office and decent perks

      Cons

      The Azure platform can be frustrating. While the decision to choose the platform was probably the right one for Jet, that doesn't take all the sting out of using it. There are some cases where team leads who are good engineers are not great people managers and that can be frustrating.
