      Pros

      I get individual attention and feel like I'm not just a number. Diverse team of people. I'm given opportunities and pushed to try new things. Encouraged to use my skills how I feel they are beneficial rather than being forced to do things one way.

      Cons

      Faulty systems when it comes to assisting members. People who get fired or even quit, are treated like they are "he who must not be named" and that is really awkward to me. We're adults. We get it.

      Happy to hear you get the freedom to stretch your skills and that you have opportunities to grow and learn. Our goal is to ensure that Jet is right for our employees and our employees are right for Jet. It's never easy when employees leave, but we never intend to have employee departures cause awkwardness to existing dynamics. Appreciate the feedback. Also, sorry to hear about the faulty systems.       Pros

      The culture was awesome, with one rule (Be Nice) I loved Jet. We kicked some major #$^^ so much so that Walmart bought us and killed us. We had fun, it was like working at an all night rave music and dancing while we worked. hard to describe, you had to be there.

      Cons

      the pay wasn't the best but the benefits more than made up for it. The insurance was fantastic, the fun we had at work was enough to make up for the lack of pay.
