      Pros

      You define your career path, enough to move around and get your hands dirty without much politics, positive group, lots of learning & growth opportunities, exciting future, lots of very smart people

      Cons

      growing pains from growing so quickly, need to move fast and be a self starter, no one will tell you what to do you kind of just have to be ok figuring it out yourself, part start-up-part bigger company
