Pros

There are no pros for this crappy company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Cons

I have nothing good to say about this company. Someone very close to me was let go due to some messed up reasons 2 MONTHS BEFORE HIS BABY IS TO BE BORN. I will not be recommending this company to anyone for employment or even to shop! I am extremely disappointed in this company they should have stayed with themselves instead of merging with Wal-Mart.

Pros

For someone right out of undergrad, you will make about 90k including all the bonuses which is good! The company has a huge name and overall you do get exposure to a lot of different tools and cross functional teams. you do manage multimillion dollar e-commerce business which is impressive responsibility. The perks are great in terms of all the free food (eggs, biscuits, chips, cookies, sparkling water, coffees, milk, etc.) and free gym, commuter benefits, etc. After about a year, everyone's salary increases 15k and additional 12-15k bonus. So again, money is good.

Cons

horrible work life balance. if you get out at 6 it is considered early. People aren't encouraged to take lunch breaks and also aren't encouraged to leave at a reasonable hour. Most people eat at their desks and leave at 7pm on a good day. This job is also very high pressure and everyone shares the same sad morale. Also, as stated in the reviews below the performance reviews are on a bell curve which makes everyone extremely competitive with eachother and honestly the feedback you get isn't even truly based on your category performance. Instead, it is based on if your manager likes you or not on a personal level. for the team I was on, it was SO obvious who the favorites were. Most people only stay if they choose money over their happiness. I am so thankful I left.
