- Talent management is far from a corporate priority and is basically limited to bureaucratic administration and superficial internal campaigns. Therefore, a career progression is disproportionally conditioned to internal sponsorship or occasional opportunities. - As expected for a traditional J&J division, Janssen is also a very conservative company in all aspects. From one side it brings stability but, depending on professional's profile it can be frustrating and requires a lot of resilience to bring new ideas to life.

There are so many cons for this company. Most importantly the attitude of some of the older employees, they are really creating a very toxic environment here. No recognition for the talent, so much negativity, gossips, always whiplashes for the hard workers, management scare to challenge or warn the harassment of senior employees even they get reported, many new employees regret and move from this company once they understand the toxic culture here. Even though you want to prove to grow with your hard work, you can't grow under the shades of some of these narrow mentalities.
