Pros
Good salaries, but low bonus structure. Training is done at home on your computer. Great company cars. Large budgets on new products. Not too many meetings. Sales force uses iPads.
Cons
Benefits are not so great. Not a lot changes over 20 years of employment. Never pays bonuses on time. Overlapping of reps. Always in trouble for illegal use of materials. The use of iPads in the field to track employees.
