- Talent management is far from a corporate priority and is basically limited to bureaucratic administration and superficial internal campaigns. Therefore, a career progression is disproportionally conditioned to internal sponsorship or occasional opportunities. - As expected for a traditional J&J division, Janssen is also a very conservative company in all aspects.
