      Part of "Big Parma" but Janssen UK is small enough for one to have significant responsibilities early on in one's career

      Part of J&J group of companies and Janssen is therefore subject to decisions made at the Group level.

      Pays very well. Great people work there. Extremely smart people.

      Cons

      Company pretty much makes you invisible if you are not a VP before you are 50. Chances to advance given to younger employees, especially if 'diverse'. Huge focus on bottom line and hitting weekly numbers makes this an incredibly stressful environment if on the commercial side - especially in Marketing and analytic roles like forecasting.
