Company pretty much makes you invisible if you are not a VP before you are 50. Chances to advance given to younger employees, especially if 'diverse'. Huge focus on bottom line and hitting weekly numbers makes this an incredibly stressful environment if on the commercial side - especially in Marketing and analytic roles like forecasting.
