      Pros

      Early finish Friday, Bonus scheme, nice things for all when products are launched.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you work when promotion is on offer there is always someones name on it and often you are excluded from applying, or going through the assessment centre. Woman out number men a recipe for disaster. A lot of conflict goes on within depts. Not what you know but who you know. The 30 something brigade is what they are focusing on and experienced people are being made redundant.

      Hours. 4.00pm finish of Friday. Flexible hours. Gym. Private Healthcare etc.

      Cons

      Some are more equal than others. Promotion goes to the chosen one's even though they put you through an assessment centre for promotion. The results are never seen or published. Every promotion has someone's name on it. Hard work goes un- recognised. Good people are leaving and the unreliable remain. Individual Depts have major problems which have been mentioned many times of people's exit interviews but nothing is done.

      The company Credo is a excellent set of values and objections by which to adhere to and aspire too. Premises has a indoor gym. Good life work balance.

      Cons

      The team I was assigned to had gone through a few changes. Previous contractors had walked out. No hand over or clear work instructions. Immature adu professional work environment
