Short work hours, talking with people daily, travel, benefits are excellent, good vacation package, company provided car, company provided gas, company provided car insurance, working from home.

Cons

Don't adhere to their Credo with specifies family & patients first, no matter what else you do in the territory it is a "numbers only" game. If you don't meet the quota, it is over

Politics, sexual abuse and bureaucracy, Boss feels insecure with employees success, department head also supports all this & the management & HR keeps blind eye towards this. Don't respect ethnicity and other country culture of politeness. No career opportunity within organization.
