      - Sr. Management communication style - be ready to be talked to like children by sr. management; be prepare to defend yourself every single time you open your mouth - Sr. Management being overly obsessed with being innovative - Nepotism - No work-life balance, 50hr/wk is the min.

      Worst Company I have ever worked for. Management treats people like children when there is no need. National sales Meeting a joke-Just a pep rally nothing of value, .Micromanagement at its best. Only reason people micromanage is because they are so unsure of themselves and can't do anything else.
