JLT is a good company, provides proper perks and Employee benfits

Cons

In US Specialty team there was pressure of work. Not proper training was provided. Not proper Time given to learn the process. Team manager was not supportive and helpful bias.

Decent work that is varied and can be interesting. Skills you learn are transferable can be used to apply for other jobs across the country Team can be friendly and good depending on staff you get. No forced overtime and decent pay

Cons

Limited career progression and pay doesnt increase in line with inflation Support staff are not treated with respect and often talked down do Customer facing role meaning clients can often make unrealistic demands which can be stressful especially when certain things are out of your control and management do not appreciate this but expect you meet such demands. Limited training opportunities
