Limited career progression and pay doesnt increase in line with inflation Support staff are not treated with respect and often talked down do Customer facing role meaning clients can often make unrealistic demands which can be stressful especially when certain things are out of your control and management do not appreciate this but expect you meet such demands. Limited training opportunities
