Bad culture, bad management, not understanding of employee needs or commitments outside of work. Bad work/life balance. No guidance. If you are not in the Sydney office and in the Olympic park office, good luck trying to move to the city

Decent salary for the work required, but money isn't everything

Cons

Disparate and non-existent processes. Lack of collaboration between departments. No clear career staff development plans with no emphasis and communication. Zero investment in relevant training / courses. Management treats employees like a headcount number that can easily be replaced / restructured / reorganised Employees keep leaving but nothing is being done to address the attrition. Total lack of communication.
