Pros
Modern, forward-thinking company. Excellent staff welfare provision - healthcare, sick leave, social functions, etc. Friendly staff, managers, etc. Good salary package, job security, opportunities to progress. Very convenient location in Central London for commuters. I was lucky enough to work with a very bright bunch of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, so it was a good environment for me in terms of intellectual and professional development.
Cons
Poor communication from senior management. Little communication between departments, which seems like a wasted opportunity in a large, diverse organisation such as JLT. Little trickle-down of strategy, targets, plans, etc.
