      Management is awful. Inappropriate and unprofessional. Bullying and harassment a daily occurence. Hr dont care.

      Pros

      Not mandatory to complete 9 hours for IT department. No time sheet tracking. Very less work load.

      Cons

      No growth in terms of Skills and career progression. Inhouse projects which provide very less learnings. Downgrading of skill set. Getting a new job is nearly impossible after spending 2-3 years here as your skills set is now alarmingly low to crack an interview and salary has gone up than standards. Adding to all the above - The IT Management is biased and favoritism is at its peak.
