Pros

Great prospects if you are a consultant

Cons

Horrific IT systems. Little to no prospects of progression for non client facing staff. Middle management lie to staff consistently about prospects. Only sales targetted staff can increase pay. There is no way to measure non sales performance. Operational staff are viewed as a cost. Ignorance in software development best practices yet sells a platform.

Pros

The only pros is if you have nice team mates.

Cons

Large turnover of staff (if this company wants you out they will make it their priority to not give you chance to learn and will even go as far as making things up about calls you took). Management team are very into looking out for each other but not the staff. The breaks are terrible, you get a 45 minute lunch break and one 15 minute break that are usually put in at stupid times. Unrealistic call targets: This company has call standards that most of the management and seniors within the company would struggle to maintain.
