No such strict process like other IT companies, Less headcount n treated well, good hikes every year, its in transition phase so changes are coming in Food at very nominal price Most of guys get exposure of onsite for 1-2 mons

I can't think of one thing I like about this place. Oh wait I get to leave at the end of the day.

Cons

The people here are unfriendly. Management are unapproachable, I feel scared to ask for anything. I don't know what half of them do. One area of the business gets to wear smart casual and leave early on days leading up to bank holidays. Other departments including IT have to stay and must, MUST wear business attire at all times. Requests for training are ignored or you have to justify the request with an essay.
