      Major lack of management skills - Made up by bullying and Harrasment. Very small number of staff are dog eat dog.

      Location, parking, life experience that will only make you stronger at a real company

      Cons

      Public sector historically high turnover of employees. Long term senior management are tyrants. No HR presence at all, got a problem see your manager and good luck,! Potential employees do your homework, what happened to previous employee? Adelaide is small place and JLTA has a reputation!
