      Pros

      I can't think of one thing I like about this place. Oh wait I get to leave at the end of the day.

      Cons

      The people here are unfriendly. Management are unapproachable, I feel scared to ask for anything. I don't know what half of them do. One area of the business gets to wear smart casual and leave early on days leading up to bank holidays. Other departments including IT have to stay and must, MUST wear business attire at all times. Requests for training are ignored or you have to justify the request with an essay.

      Pros

      People. Culture. Client relationships. JLT Re is a place for really good, talented people who want to develop strong internal and external relationships. JLT Re also encourages thinking outside the box and is looking for new ideas and ways of doing things.

      Cons

      Flat organization. Low salary bumps for non-producers currently. Internal politics. Your salary is largely dependent on your experience and your manager’s ability to fight for you to get what you deserve up the chain.
