      Only If you want to be in comfort zone and dosent care much about learning

      Pros

      1) short term travel to UK/US (depends on project) 2) infrastructure is good 3) pick up/drop/ meal subsidy 4) worklife balance

      Cons

      1) no long vision from leadership 2) Mostly support projects 3) Not much technology work, even a bsc/com guy can perform it 4) Not much projects/ no scope of internal shifting 5) JLT was paymaster earlier but not anymore 6) everything is controlled from UK management 7) on paper they have many plans and goals ( and compare themselves with JP, Barclays etc) but nothing is practical

      Pros

      It is a dynamic and ambitious company that has achieved high growth. Staffed by good people, it has an excellent client base, lots of opportunities for those who deserve progression.

      Cons

      Can be unforgiving, history of blame culture, a very macho environment, lack of job security and at times loyalty from senior management.
