1) Good compensation 2) Nice infra 3) good HR policies

Cons

1) Management doesn't know anything about technologies developer work and force developers to work on other technologies which is not in their skill set. 2) IT Infrastructure/Network is not compatible for developers, too many restriction as its a financial firm 3) No project in hand for mobile. 4) No onsite for mobile developers

Pros

The company as a whole cares about it's employees and provides good benefits, social clubs and Christmas parties. Employees are friendly. Plus the London offices are super-slick

Cons

The staff within my team were at breaking point, led by weak management who refused to admit that they were understaffed, for fear of looking incompetent. Instead, they resorted to getting us to manipulate the MI to make the situation look less dire and every month would see a different employee being harassed and scapegoated - I left when it became my turn.
