      Pros

      Comfortable shift timings for females specifically, lots of opportunities for personal growth (earlier), understanding and supportive stakeholders (some locations)

      Cons

      Worst is currently played politics by upper management, no support from the management whatsoever, no value or respect for tenured employees, three months notice period, competitor clause which stops the growth,you have to be a mgmnt favourite or else pack ur bags n look options elsewhere, salary capping which is the most demotivating factor. No real growth opportunities for genuine employees.

      Used to be a good company with clear objectives which is client focused. The only pro is that it is still a global company.... For now

      Very badly managed with weak management and unclear objectives. Poor management of the resources available and bleak career progression in the near future
