JLT is a very good company. More female employees. The timings were fixed 8 hr on desk and 1 hr break with weekend fixed off. The office is beautiful. I worked for Insurance Australia team. Team managers was very supportive.

Cons

Senior associates providing training was biased. If anyone asked doubts he/she used to get annoyed.

You feel like it's a home away from home, a really pretty one; a view that'll rid you of all the blues; people full of warmth and affection; several occasions to have fun.

Cons

Your back will hit their sword. People seem so kind and empathetic that you'd rather belittle yourself than point a finger at them. Kind people with cruel intentions. You may be duped into working for a profile that you never opted for. You'll understand families better here, thanks to favouritism.

Good Salary 2 digit yearly appraisal Good Location, Good Rewards program (Monthly,Quarterly are good but Annually happens quite grand) Six monthly grand parties, Quartarly Team Lunch, Yearly offsite trip, Free Transaport, Large common Cafeteria with awesome ambience Great Culture, Higher Management is so approachable

Small Breakout Area, Not much advanced technologies for IT people. Not big Pune office but they expanding rapidly now.
