Politics is a blood sport at JLT Canada. Old management was pretty bad but new management makes the old one look effective! it's a gong show. Everyone is stabbing everyone else in the back. In every organization there are politics but this is completely out of control. Check out the public financials for Canada.....

Location, parking, life experience that will only make you stronger at a real company

Cons

Public sector historically high turnover of employees. Long term senior management are tyrants. No HR presence at all, got a problem see your manager and good luck,! Potential employees do your homework, what happened to previous employee? Adelaide is small place and JLTA has a reputation!

Nothing good except good salary You will get onsite but would not be good as compared to other service based companies Nice Infrastructure

Don't jump just because this company is offering good hike or compensation Not at all good company to work with If you are working in good pure software service / product based company IT Management does not know processes even you will be surprised that VP Information technology India doesn't know the version of Visual Studio that teams are using India IT management is puppet of UK counter part. Don't screw your career by joining this company especially if you are joing in IT developement or Support
