Pros

I tend to be on the introvert side. In my career I always felt I needed to hide or downplay this fact. For the first time in my professional life I was at a workplace where this personallity was actually appreciated and sought after. I always hated the socializing part of my work during long meeting or lunch breaks. But since work here is being done remotely, this was no longer an issue. I could get up in the morning and be working minutes later while still wearing my pyjamas. I have no doubt I would have been working there today if it was not because my accident forced me to quit

Cons

I remember that my first month at IDF was a bit stressful. Suddenly becoming a member of an organization with a high performance culture was overwhelming. I got used to it, but it took some time before I became acclimated, considering the lazy management style that I gotten used to in my previous job.

It’s quite interesting for you to mention being introverted. In my opinion, many people in the IxDF can be characterized as being introverts or geeky in nature :-) We hold introverts in high regard - just as we do with extroverts. Everyone has superpowers.

Pros

A lot of freedom for you as for professional: we have real influence to the future of the company, the way how it grows

Cons

You should be self-organized and able to build (but it's great for real professionals)

Pros

There aren't really any pros to this organization.

Cons

Incompetent management that maintains a passive-aggressive cult-like environment.
