Lots of freedom and room for young graduates

Cons

- Lots of freedom as a result of no experienced and proper control in the regional office - Easily let senior employees go without sufficient reasons and good treatments - Too many fresh graduates doing things based on their gut feelings which makes the experienced teammates very difficult to perform their jobs - HR is a mess
