World known brand, solid business

Cons

Inadequate communication at all levels, lack of trust. Unreliable headquarter management, processes are not followed through and ignore local specific requirements. Workload is inhumane. Many managers have no respect for their employees, especially on the Cernusco site. Paris headquarter management does not pay attention to what local management gas to say. They behave and take decisions as if blindfolded.

Appalling 'Rule from Paris' attitude. You would hear that someone had a new job without any opportunity for anyone else in the business to apply for it. Not a meritocracy. A lack of integrity in some areas, with cover ups of serious failings.
