Pros
This review is for the Hoofddorp office specifically, previously known as GlobalCollect. Things are getting better under the new french management, they have a vested interest in making this transaction work and have contributed to a more positive attitude in the office. There are some truly solid staff and management here.
Cons
There are still some completly incompetent managers who were promoted by the previous management to stack the board. These managers are undermining moral by micromanaging situations they don't understand and are exposing the company to potential dangers. I'm not saying people need to be fired or others would be better in those positions, but some are just way over their head and have no idea how to manage people or projects, making them wholly inappropriate for their positions. Until a full review of the company hierarchy and reorganization has taken place, I would stay away! I'm glad I'm out.
