If you wanted to become a manager/senior manager/Director. then join Informatica. They promote every Tom and dik to Manager position. Products are not so good as they claim.

Cons

If at all you are determined to join Informatica you can any other teams except ISP and Build/Release team

I have worked for quite a decent time in IT industry. Informatica Ilabs India and especially my team B2B team is really good place to work. Some of the reasons i can count are: No politics- for work,promotion or whatso-ever Worklife balance Continuous Learning Good products to work and build skill set- Cloud, onPremise, Big Data Good teammates Support from Manager,Directors Complete control over product features Free food Team Dinners are very often Knowledgeable manager and directors who know about product in-depth Decent Pay

Shuttle service should be free like other mid-size MNC's Company car lease policy is not at all good With recent changes equity shares are gone
