Some of the reasons i can count are: No politics- for work,promotion or whatso-ever Worklife balance Continuous Learning Good products to work and build skill set- Cloud, onPremise, Big Data Good teammates Support from Manager,Directors Complete control over product features Free food Team Dinners are very often Knowledgeable manager and directors who know about product in-depth Decent Pay

Shuttle service should be free like other mid-size MNC's Company car lease policy is not at all good With recent changes equity shares are gone
